Carnival Funfairs provides the hire of funfair rides, games, and attractions for public and private events throughout the UK.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing or by email.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to or on the day of the event (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment terms are not met.

4. Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • In the event of extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. Any rescheduling will be made in agreement with the client.

5. Safety and Insurance

  • All rides and attractions provided by Carnival Funfairs are fully insured and tested in accordance with ADIPS and HSE regulations.

  • Public Liability Insurance cover is in place for up to £10 million.

  • Only trained, police-checked staff are authorised to operate our rides.

  • The client is responsible for providing safe and suitable access, ground conditions, and space for setup.

6. Liability

Carnival Funfairs shall not be liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by adverse weather, site access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
    Our liability is limited to the total hire fee paid.
